4. Order Process & Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed only when:
- You place an order on the Site
- Payment is successfully processed
- You receive an order confirmation email from us
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

- VAT is applied where legally required
